Payment & Refunds
I accept the following payment methods:
- VGen Payments, PayPal, Cash App.
- Once I begin working I will NOT accept any refunds whatsoever.
- You can cancel if I have not started on your commission and no payment has been made.
- I will only start on the commission after the agreed payment has been made.
Delivery
- The expected product delivery time is between 1 week - 3 months.
- Hard deadlines are not an option. You can ask for updates but don't rush me.
- Priority will be an additional 10% of the final price.
- Final product will be delivered in a high resolution PNG to the client in whatever way they choose.
Revisions
- You are allowed to make 2 changes to each individual piece that will be included in the price.
- Small changes like the color will not be included

- Commissioning or buying art from me gives you personal use of your digital copy.
- You, The Client, acknowledges that nothing produced by me will be used in
Artificial Intelligence generating sites, any block-chain related technology, NFTs, crypto, or any future inventions in that area.
Personal Use: This means Profile Pictures, Wallpapers, and Backgrounds.
This type of art is not allowed to be used for profitable reproduction.
Commercial Use: This means Merch, Banners, Streaming Assets and Network Assets.
You are permitted to profit off the art with this a Commercial License. (2x price multiplier)
I, The Artist...
- Maintain all rights to my art under the name Orbital's Art. It is prohibited to trace over, edit, or claim that you created any of my commissioned work.
- Have the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time for any reason.
- Will take as much time as needed fulfill the commission.
- Reserve the right to the commissioned work online, in my portfolio, and in any publications.
You, The Client...
- Are only allowed to use the commisioned work for personal use. The work may be used for non-monetary promotional purposes, but you must credit me as the artist.
- May physically print out your commission but it must not be used for monetary gain.
- Acknowledge that you must communicate back when necessary during the commission process or the commission can be canceled with no refunds.
- Understand that the artist behind your commission has other responsibilities that may conflict with the process. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that I will take my time.
- Understand that failure to accept these terms will result in the immediate decline of you commission.
How to commission me
Art commissions:
You can contact me through discord for a commission. In the future you will be able to contact me through VGen. The application form has been removed.
Other commisions:
Currently, I haven't made a section for other types of commissions. If you're interested in having me make something, please standby.
